The San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium is pleased to invite you to celebrate our 41st anniversary of working to ensure all San Franciscans have access to high quality, culturally and linguistically appropriate health care.

This year, we're celebrating trailblazing community leaders whose groundbreaking policies and initiatives serve as a model for the rest of the nation: Dr. Mark Ghaly, Gilda Gonzales, and Dr. Ilana Strubel.
