SFCCC Recieves Grant from Kaiser Permanente/National Health Care for the Homeless

The San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium is proud to announce that we have received a grant from a Philanthropic Partnership between Kaiser Permanente and the National Health Care for the Homeless Council to support our work meeting the health needs of people experiencing homelessness in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic. This grant will help us with critical services for our most vulnerable patients. Special shout out to SFCCC’s Health Care for the Homeless team!
