Good News For Women's Reproductive Health!

Today, the final Title X rule, “Ensuring Access to Equitable, Affordable, Client-Centered, Quality Family Planning Services,” was released by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for public review. The rule is scheduled to take effect on November 8, 2021, 30-days after it is officially published in the Federal Register.

The final rule rescinds the previous administration’s restrictions and restores and expands on Title X’s mandate to make the full range of family planning services available to patients nationwide.
