The goal for this year’s annual National Voter Registration Day is to increase participation in the 2019 midterm and state elections across the country by encouraging Americans to register to vote and make their voices heard at the ballot box.

Since 1988, SOS has provided high-quality, nonjudgmental health services directly to homeless people in places where they live and congregate. Although all health centers provide care to low-income people, the HCH program provides targeted funding to expand care in order to meet the needs of the most vulnerable.
