Read MoreStreet Outreach Services and Veterinary Street Outreach Services (SOS and Vet SOS) is the mobile outreach component of SFCCC’s Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) program. Since 1988, SOS has provided high-quality, nonjudgmental health services directly to homeless people in places where they live and congregate. Although all health centers provide care to low-income people, the HCH program provides targeted funding to expand care in order to meet the needs of the most vulnerable.
